Download a free ebook and audiobook about designing a conscious life — where health, time, and money form one whole.
I write this as a woman, not an expert — from my own path, not from theory.
Hi, I'm Aldona.
I'm a mother of five.
For years, I've been fascinated by how to design a life with more health, time, and freedom.
I never found ready-made answers.
So I started looking for my own.
I remember the moment I first asked myself: is there really only one way to live?
From that moment on, I started consciously searching for answers — not just about health or money, but above all about how to live more calmly, more consciously, more freely.
Over time, I discovered that the greatest luxury was never money. It's the ability to decide how you spend your own time.
It didn't happen because of one big decision. It was years of small choices — asking questions, reading, testing things, drawing my own conclusions.
Today I'm not telling you about a perfect life. I'm telling you about a path that truly changed mine.
What's possible for most people only in retirement — a good retirement — I decided to live now.
More energy for the life you actually want to live.
Less life on autopilot. More life, lived consciously.
Building assets that give you choice — not just more bills to pay.
I never found these answers in one place. I gathered them over years. This ebook and audiobook are a short record of that path.
This ebook and audiobook are the essence of what I've learned along the way. Not theory. What actually changed the way I live.

The best books aren't the ones you read easily.
They're the ones that read you.
I didn't write this book to convince anyone of anything.
I wrote it hoping you might find a piece of your own story in it.
If, after reading it, you see your health, your time, or your money even a little differently — this book will have done its job.

If you'd rather listen than read, I recorded the entire book in my own voice. Take it on a walk, in the car, or with your morning coffee.
